Greetings friends and family,
As most of you know we are getting ready for a trip that will almost definitely change our lives forever. We will be travelling to Sorocaba, Sao Paulo, Brazil this summer to minister to the citizens of this area. During our trip we will be teaching english to Portugese speaking missionaries who wish to take the word of our Lord and Saviour Jesus Christ to the rest of the world. We plan to also spend some time with Abba ministries to find out where we can help in their efforts as well as be available to to the local churches to help out where we can. We will be leaving on June 27th and Plan on updating this site as often as possible while we are away. We are very new to this blog thing so it may take a while to get the hang of it so please be patient with us if you are expecting a response to one of your posts. We have a month or so until we head out, so we should be pretty well versed in operating this site. We look forward to hearing from all of you. Please keep us in your prayers.

Thanks for the motivating post. Prayers for fruitfulness of your mission trip; both for the salvation/edification of the citizens with whom you will share the love of Jesus, and the spiritual growth it can foster in your own family.

Y'all get there ok? I hope you didn't have an "End of the Spear" incident. I'm a checking this blog pretty regular. Hope you get a chance to give another update. I know you may not get time, and I don't know if you even have computer/internet access. Don't worry if you cannot. I can always speak with you upon your return, God willing.
